The Nine Rubies real-world store is open 10am to 7pm every day. We have social knitting on Wednesday nights, and we'd love it if you stopped by the store to chat and knit any time.

Shipping Information:

We ship online orders within 24 hours, and deliver using US Postal Service. Most orders arrive within 5 business days, and rush orders can be arranged.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy: Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 6 months of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will receive notice of their credit with purlsoho.com via E-mail.

Items purchased online can also be exchanged at our store Nine Rubies Knitting in San Mateo, California.

Fabric, books, needles and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return. Send or bring all returns to our retail location in San Mateo, CA.

If shipping back unused merchanidise for exchange or replacement you must include:
