This three-part workshop is an introduction to the technique called Entrelac, which looks like strips of basket-woven knitting. we will be working on a small Entrelac square, using one or more colors. This technique is the basis for the stunning Lady Eleanor stole in the popular book ScarfStyle (see the sample in the shop).
Materials: Approximately 100 yards of yarn total (if doing more than two or more colors, may use various amounts of scrap yarn), basic wool or any smooth worsted yarn in DK to worsted weight is best; straight or circular needles appropriate for yarn weight, crochet hook (optional for picking up stitches) and stitch markers (optional for keeping count)
Requirements: Techniques from K101 and K102 (cast on, knit, purl, bind off, decreases K2tog & Ssk and increases M1 and Kf&b)
