This is quick and easy hat is a great gift to make for your sports fan. The model shown does double duty as a Harry Potter Gryffindor-inspired house hat or a San Francisco 49ers hat.
Made in Cascade 220 wool, you have a variety of colors to choose from to make your own team hat, or you can use the suggestions found in the pattern for Harry Potter inspired house hats, or for all the NFL teams for California (my home state).
This hat pattern is available in sizes ranging from adult XS (up to 17.5") to XL (up to 25"). It uses size 7 (4.5 mm) and size 8 (5 mm) 16" circular needles, and size 8 double point needles to finish.
